An outside appreciation on the activity we carry out may be done easier by presenting
the way in which we got to it, that means the way we think. Our initial concerns were focused on the psychological structure mechanisms of the ambiguity, uncertainty, etc. But the professional experience gained for 12 years as the psychologist of a NPP with 1500 employees (see C.V.) and the endless transition towards a prosperous and democratic society in Romania led us to a practical approach of the psychological domain. Briefly, our conclusions are the following:
Many of the real situations in which persons, groups, organizations, institutions, etc. of our social space were, had no correspondent in the traditional psychology. The assertion is also true for the behavior and the mentality of the factors above.
The (post) communist society means "something else" is concealed under "something". The discrepancy between the states of "legitimate" and the states of "reality" between what "is said" and what "is done" is amazing.
In many cases there is a lack of harmony between the will of an organization, company members, and the direction it goes to (as if the organization goes "to the right" and the people wish to go "to the left" or vice versa).
During the (post -) communism the human organization was blocked on all its variables.
The problems of communication, co-operation, etc. the human relationship in general have, at present, a different importance and weight (much greater) than in similar situations of West.
There is a lack of the psychological assistance under the circumstances of the
transition.
