1. Introduction

The evaluation of a company by PSIHOLTD mainly use psychological methods which regard the behavior of the human organizations, the groups and persons in our conditions. This evaluation is different from the others by the elements that follow:

The general view or conception of the research can be briefly expressed as follows: "in our conditions, people, as members of an organization and as individuals feels the need of acting and communicating if a feedback exists". The general aim of the research is, psychologically speaking, that of creating such a feedback in the investigated company. Its direct conclusion is to increase the efficiency of the company within the internal resources only.
