The PSIHOLTD company was founded in 1993 ( as PSIHO-L.T.D.) by psychologist Sergiu SIMION .
The reasons of establishment were the discrepancy between the social request of psychological assistance and the real offer of the state or private sector and, on the other hand, the specific mentalities and behaviors of the social space.
The mission of PSIHOLTD is to assist the persons, firms and organizations who is acting in ROMANIA during the transition towards the market economy in realizing the efficiency of their behavior by understanding the specific mentalities and the characteristic features of the social environment.
The elaboration of the efficient methodology for psychological evaluation of the human organization (firm, institution, etc.) and the work group who is acting in our conditions was an important objective for PSIHOLTD.
The first application of the methods of psychological evaluation was in a state enterprise (N.P.P) with 1500 employees.
In 1995 PSIHOLTD evaluated by contract a private company with 300 employee.
The offer of PSIHOLTD is stand out of competition for this moment by its utility and its novelty appreciated by our partners (cf. CUSTOMERS ). Private firms of human resources with foreign or Romanian capital represent the indirect competition. There is no direct competition at present.
Presently, PSIHOLTD is a limited company which offers psychological assistance for managers and companies with 50-300 employees.
